    Account Manager
    DigitalGrit Inc. is looking for highly motivated and experienced Online Marketing Account Managers to service our Fortune 500 clients.

    ASP.Net / VB.Net Developer
    DigitalGrit Inc. is looking for highly motivated and experienced ASP.Net / VB.Net developer responsible for design, development, and maintenance of ASP.NET web application. Additional responsibilities include the development, design, and production of web services used to integrate data from different search engines into our product. Candidate will also support the internal clients for the existing and new products. Candidate will be working with a team of web and application developers along with client management personnel. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of web analytic and SEM related tools are a big plus.

    Assistant Account Manager
    DigitalGrit, a leading full-service interactive marketing company serving Fortune 500 clients, is looking for a highly motivated online marketing Assistant Account Manager (AAM).

    In this continually evolving Assistant Account Manager position, your role would be to assist with the implementation, execution and management of online marketing programs for DigitalGrit’s clients. More specifically, AAMs are responsible for conducting many of the day-to-day tasks required to keep our programs running optimally. AAMs will also be cross-trained on critical and time-sensitive project tasks to take over for Account Managers when they are out of the office.

    Assistant Account Managers will work with Account Managers on daily program tasks and on departmental and organizational tasks, as needed and assigned.

    This is an ideal job for a recent college graduate with a degree in marketing. The goal of an AAM is to gain a thorough understanding of online advertising, search engine marketing, working with clients and DigitalGrit procedures. Armed with the knowledge and experience that the position provides, AAMs will be well-positioned to become Account Managers based upon the needs of the business and the AAM's desire to take on that role.

    Account-Specific Duties:
    • Create, run macros and quality assurance (QA) test weekly report
    • Create, run macros, add channels, add keywords, troubleshoot and QA test monthly reports
    • Update and monitor weekly budgets
    • Assist with monitoring program against goals, as directed by Account Manager
    • Assist in creating insertion orders, keyword analysis and creative development, as directed by the Account Manager
    • Serve as a backup for the client to contact when the Account Manager is not available and/or the client requires immediate assistance
    • Create ad hoc reports as needed
    • Perform all stages of QA testing

    Business Analyst
    DigitalGrit Business Analysts are responsible for analyzing the business needs of our clients and stakeholders to help identify requirements and propose solutions. The BA performs a liaison function between the client and the Production department.

    BAs have responsibility to:
    • Analyze and map processes (current state/future state)
    • Work with marketing, graphics and usability specialists to specify web page designs
    • Work with technical staff to research data interfaces, specify object models and page variability
    • Improve business processes
    • Produce high quality documentation
    • Report status and issues to the Project Manager(s)
    • Design and execute test cases including unit, integration and system testing
    • Process change requests
    • Trace the requirements during implementation
    Qualifications:
    • 5 Plus years experience.

    Interactive Sales Analyst
    As a DigitalGrit Sales Analyst you will support our sales team by acting as the user experience and technical expert for new web development opportunities. You’ll be responsible for assisting salespeople on prospect calls and winning new business by interpreting the business requirements of potential clients and effectively communicating solutions.

    Sales Analysts' have responsibility to:
    • Analyze a company’s current web experience

    Project Manager
    DigitalGrit Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of projects that support client objectives and expectations. PM’s consult with clients and create project plans so that client objectives and delivery dates are met.

    PMs have responsibility to:
    • Work with client to gather, formulate and communicate system requirements based on client's business needs
    • Define and develop business and system specifications and requirement documents
    • Facilitate walkthroughs of requirements and/or design documents with customers and project team members
    • Work with marketing, graphics and usability specialists to specify Web page designs
    • Coordinate team member activities so that their deliverables are seamlessly integrated and delivered on a timely basis
    • Have day-to-day contacts and close working relationships with clients and internal sales and account managers

    Qualifications:

    Online Media Manager
    In this role, the Online Media Manager will be working in one of the fastest growing areas of our business. You will support account teams in the management and presentation of results to clients, assist the VP of Media in the development of campaign strategy, and enhance our overall product offering.

    Online Media Manager's have responsibility to:

    • Developing campaign strategy.
    • Executing on all aspects of an online advertising program including
      • Research and analysis of audience targets and site usage patterns
      • Identifying unique and compelling placement opportunities
      • Evaluating placement opportunities and defining a media plan
      • Negotiating media buys in a variety of forms (CPM, CPA, CPC, etc.)
      • Quality assurance testing and trafficking of defined placements
