Glenn Whiting - Executive Director

Glenn Whiting joined DigitalGrit in January 2005, heading up the company’s National Accounts Strategy Team. Prior to joining DigitalGrit, Glenn served as president of Liquid Marketing and Insight, Inc., serving clients like Digene Corp., AOL, Sam & Harry’s and the Consumer Electronics Association, and partners including Ogilvy PR, Pensare Design Group, and Hill & Knowlton.

Formerly General Manager of SF Interactive, Glenn launched and managed the firm’s Washington DC office from April 2000 through 2002, building relationships with clients ranging from Sallie Mae to PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was Vice President at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide from 1994 through early 2000, where he started and managed the video production and interactive media departments and developed relationships with clients including CDC, NIH, Motorola, IBM, Pfizer, Miller Brewing, Merck, Ford Motors, Kraft Foods, ADP, AAA Foundation, MCI Worldcom, US Airways, International Sleep Products Association, Society of American Florists, US Fire Administration, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Glenn holds a degree in broadcast journalism from San Diego State University.

Scott Delea - Senior VP & General Manager

As an original employee of DigitalGrit, Scott Delea plays a pivotal role in helping the company enhance and expand its interactive marketing and Web site management services for mid- to large sized corporate clients. Scott directs a talented team of marketing and technology professionals who develop and deploy new and innovative online marketing solutions that can achieve measurable ROI.

Scott has an extensive background in understanding the needs of large Fortune 500 companies. He began his career working in sales, sales management, and marketing for Automatic Data Processing, leader in payroll and HR outsourcing solutions, and later joined Virtual Growth, a Silicon Alley startup that provided outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services. He is also a well-known industry speaker, having spoken at events including DM Days, eComXpo and the The Search Insider Summit, among many others.

Scott is a board member of the Something Great Foundation, Inc. a not-for-profit charitable organization dedicated to fighting illnesses that impact the lives of children. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree.

Steve Curtin - Corporate Vice President, Emerging Services and Products

Steve Curtin has over 18 years of on-line and off-line marketing, Internet technology and business development experience and has been involved in search engine optimization and marketing for over 10 years. Throughout his career he has demonstrated the unique ability to effectively bridge marketing, process and technology in order to achieve business goals. Steve joined DigitalGrit in 2002 and has driven the growth of the company's interactive marketing services with specialization in search engine optimization, marketing and technology. His focus on performance-based interactive marketing, and optimization techniques to generate substantial return on investment, has provided DigitalGrit clients with the best possible cost/performance for all of their online marketing initiatives. Prior to DigitalGrit he has held senior marketing and business development positions with a number of technology start-ups. Steve holds MBA and BSEE degrees from Rutgers University.

Kelly Lee - VP, Client Services

Kelly Lee already had over 10 years experience in internet marketing, design and development when she joined DigitalGrit in 2003. In her role as VP, Client Services, Kelly is responsible for ensuring the overall performance and client satisfaction of DigitalGrit’s eMarketing programs. Prior to joining DigitalGrit, she was VP Client Partner for AGENCY.COM where she worked with clients such as DIRECTV, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Food Network, Weight Watchers and Sony.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Chuck Titone - VP, Design and Development

Chuck Titone joined DigitalGrit in 2004 and manages the Design, Development and Project Management teams. He is also responsible for improving the overall effectiveness of DigitalGrit’s operations. Chuck brings over 20 years experience in the IT Services industry with the last 10 years focusing on building world class service delivery teams for clients such as General Electric, ADP, AT&T, Lucent and Gartner among others.

Prior to DigitalGrit, Chuck ran his own consulting business where he was instrumental in setting up PMO organizations for clients such as BMW NA and Novartis. Previously, Chuck served as Practice Manager for the NJ office of the CIBER Corporation and held the position of Service Delivery Director for Logical Design Solutions helping them grow the service team from 50 to 200 employees and open two satellite offices.

Chuck has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.

Allison Winfield - VP, National Accounts Strategy

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Allison plays a strategic role on several key DigitalGrit accounts – helping clients leverage the power and unique capabilities of all online and digital communications channels. Previously, she served in an entrepreneurial role, building DigitalGrit’s Creative Services team and offering, providing a range of user experience services including Web and online advertising design, content development, copywriting, and usability services to companies and organizations including Wynn Las Vegas, World Wildlife Federation, AmeriSuites, Hawthorn Suites and Digene Corporation.

And prior to joining DigitalGrit in 2001, Allison was a successful entrepreneur, providing Web and print-based marketing communications, advertising, and direct mail services for clients including ADP, Business Insurance, Pensions & Investments, National Space Society, and the National Society of Black Engineers. Before forming her own company, Allison served in a variety of marketing-related positions at Crain Communications, including several successful years as the Public Relations Manager for Advertising Age, a leading advertising industry publication.

Allison holds a B.A. in Communication from Loyola University of Chicago.

Anthony Zarro - VP, New Business Development

With over 15 years of sales experience, Anthony Zarro has been developing new business relationships in online marketing since the industry’s early days. Anthony joined DigitalGrit in late 2002 from Mediaplex, Inc. While there, he held the position of Business Development Manager for the Northeast. With clients like Samsung Electronics, JP Morgan Chase, Avis Rent-A-Car, Ogilvy One Worldwide, iTraffic and Columbia House, he leveraged his marketing and Internet experience to provide custom solutions for clients, helping them build their brands and drive greater results on the web.

Possessing a strong understanding of interactive marketing technologies, he has enabled DigitalGrit to develop long-term relationships with some of the world’s best-known corporations.
